As part of our conscious fashion philosophy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on orders that are fulfilled accurately and delivered in perfect condition.

However, in the rare event that you receive an incorrect item or one with a genuine quality or manufacturing defect, we’re here to make it right—through a full refund or replacement.

 


 

If Something Isn’t Right

To report an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Date of purchase

  • Delivery address

  • A clear photo of the item received

Please inspect your package at the time of delivery and note any damage or discrepancies on the delivery receipt. Retain the original packaging until the matter is resolved.

 



A Note on Sale Items & Shipping Issues

  • Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Refunds will not be issued for incorrect shipping addresses, refusal of delivery, or  2 failed delivery attempts by the courier service.
